Writers’ Circles, Gr. 9-12
Facilitated by RedBird-RedOak Director, Kim Suhr, this group provides high school writers with substantive feedback as well as a supportive environment in which they feel comfortable taking risks.
Participants bring in photocopies of works-in-progress in genres of their own choosing for written and verbal comments. Some writers are working on longer pieces (e.g., novels) while others explore a variety of self-expression on paper (poetry, screenplays, & song lyrics, just to name a few).
Meets 2 Sunday afternoons a month. (1:00 – 3:30 pm, $65 per session)
